New PV plant in Gundelfingen

New photovoltaic system for climate-neutral solar power on the beavertail roof of a house in Gundelfingen im Breisgau.

Once again our solar company was in action and provided a complete service for a new PV system:

For maximum solar power output, we installed Recom Lion series 390-watt glass-glass PV modules with heterojunction cell technology (HJT).

Glass-glass PV modules are particularly convincing due to their high durability with excellent power yield. Since, in contrast to glass-foil PV modules, the front and rear sides are protected by glass, they score particularly well with their weather resistance. Glass-glass PV modules offer the following advantages, among others:

• Double-sided current yield (bifacial) compared to glass film
• Better fire protection class and less fire protection distance
• Optimum protection, e.g. against moisture or temperature fluctuations
• Reliable long-term power yields, among other things due to slow degradation

Recom 390 watt solar modules

The 390 Watt glass-glass solar modules of the Recom Lion series use heterojunction cell technology (HJT). Thanks to this HJT technology, the advanced solar modules achieve a power output of over 700 Wp. As a result, the power output is 7% higher than conventional PV modules (glass-foil, mono PV modules, etc.).

The HJT solar cell consists of a mono thin crystalline silicon wafer surrounded by ultra thin amorphous silicon layers. The long-life electricity yield is ≥ 95% after 15 years, ≥ 92.5% after 25 years, and ≥ 91.25% after 30 years. They also achieve up to 20% higher energy yield in low-light conditions, in the morning and evening hours, and under cloudy skies.

PV Power Optimizer

To maximize the efficiency of the new PV system in Gundelfingen, we installed the PV power optimizer from SolarEdge. This high-quality solar optimizer is equipped with a maximum input power of 440 watts and an input current of 14.5 amps. With a robust design and IP68 rating, it is both reliable and waterproof.

The SolarEdge PV Power Optimizer offers an intelligent technology called "Maximum Power Point Tracking". This automatically determines the optimal power for each solar module, maximizing power output. It is easy to install and ideally suited for outdoor mounting.

Hybrid Inverter

Zur effizienten Umwandlung des erzeugten Gleichstroms in nutzbaren Wechselstrom, haben wir eine hochwertigen GoodWe Hybrid Inverter eingebaut. Dieser ist eine leistungsstarke sowie vielseitige Lösung zur Nutzung von Solarenergie in Wohnhäusern oder Unternehmen.

This 3-phase inverter processes and stores both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC), making it an effective and cost-efficient choice for solar energy. Installation of the GoodWe Hybrid Inverter 5KN-ET is simple and configuration is done through an intuitive user interface. With Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, the system can be monitored and controlled no matter where you are.

Solar company for Gundelfingen & surroundings

As a nationwide operating solar company for photovoltaic systems, we are also in Gundelfingen & surroundings in use. In our last project we were able to realize everything for our customer from one source.

Complete PV system with storage

A complete PV system with storage is a photovoltaic system that harnesses the energy of the sun. The solar modules generate direct current, which is converted into alternating current by an inverter. 10 kWp PV system on the gable roof

For a private customer in Heidenheim, we delivered, assembled and installed a photovoltaic system with storage on the gable roof. A gable roof consists of two inclined roof surfaces that meet in the middle. The orientation as well as the inclination of the modules can be adjusted individually.

Our customer ordered our 10 kWp PV system with storage as a practical complete set for his project. This great offer from our WWS Photovoltaic Shop includes all important components, such as solar modules, inverter, storage or complete PV mounting system.

Finally, our PV installation team took over the realization of the new PV or solar system on the gable roof. Thus, our customer received all services from a single source.

Project description

As a large photovoltaic company and online wholesaler, we serve B2B and B2C customers throughout Germany. In this project for a new complete PV system with storage on a gable roof, we took over all necessary tasks. These included ordering, delivery, planning, assembly, installation and commissioning.

Among other things, the efficient Recom solar modules of the Lion series with 390 watts and HJT were installed. Furthermore, our PV system complete set includes the powerful 10 kW GoodWe hybrid inverter, as well as the state-of-the-art GoodWe high-voltage battery for efficient storage of the generated solar power.

Thanks to the PV mounting system supplied, the complete 10 kWp PV system was also mounted quickly and securely on the gable roof.
